Information collected
The checkout process may collect your name, email address, billing information, payment status, subscription identifiers, and TradingView username. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by this website.
How information is used
Information is used to process payments, grant and revoke indicator access, provide receipts and support, prevent fraud and account sharing, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and subscription data. Hosting and operational providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver the website. TradingView receives the username used to manage invite-only script access under its own policies.
Data retention
Billing and access records may be retained for the duration of the subscription and afterward as reasonably required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, and legal compliance.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
